Johnny Lawrence Personal Training offers three unique services: personal training (PT), powerlifting and group training. All services include working with Johnny and are held in his private studio gym between Truro and Falmouth. Johnny offers a free informal coffee meeting as he believes that this is a helpful way to not only start this sometimes nerve-racking process but he has also found it a successful way to really discuss how to start the client’s journey.
This service is for one-to-one training sessions. After a stand-alone and in-depth consultation session, clients will be motivated, guided and encouraged through their bespoke training session. The client’s fitness and health objectives must be met, but it’s also about having fun and enjoying it.
Johnny is a British powerlifting level 2 coach. This service includes many different training options ranging from beginner lifters to high level powerlifters. At the heart of Johnny’s coaching ethos is ‘technique is king’. He believes that powerlifters are athletes and should have solid training programmes based on goals and objectives, a good nutrition plan and an individual recovery strategy.
This a great way for friends, family or even work colleagues to training together. It’s cost-effective and provides the feeling of healthy competition and training in a team. It’s generally high energy and provides lots of fun and laughter, all the while getting you results.
