Group Training

Sessions

These sessions are for small groups from between two and four people. This can be a small group of friends, couples or families. The process is much the same as the one to one session with a consultation to find out health statistics and objectives.

Support

This is a great way to train as a group it inspires healthy competition, continuing support between one another and it’s often fun to feel part of a team. These sessions are generally high energy and lots of fun.
